At Yuvalogy, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of the original purchase date. Please read the following refund policy carefully.

Returns

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached. Any item that has been worn, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@yuvalogy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions for returning the item(s). You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our return policy requirements. If the item(s) are in their original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at returns@yuvalogy.com with photos of the defect or damage. We will provide you with a return address and instructions for returning the item(s) at our expense. Once we receive the defective or damaged item(s), we will issue a refund or exchange as requested.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at returns@yuvalogy.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to exchange. We will provide you with a return address and instructions for returning the item(s). You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they meet our return policy requirements. If the item(s) are in their original condition, we will ship the exchanged item(s) to you at our expense.

Non-Refundable Items The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
